1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Onlineshop ENTRY
Apparel.

3. Produkte und Personalisierung
ENTRY Apparel bietet personalisierte T-Shirts mit individuellen Counter-Strike-bezogenen Angaben
an. Die vom Kunden eingegebenen Daten, zum Beispiel Spielername, Premier Rating oder FACEIT
Elo, Matches, Win Rate, Favorite Map, Country und Season Details, werden für die Erstellung des
individuellen Designs verwendet.
Der Kunde ist dafür verantwortlich, dass alle eingegebenen Daten korrekt sind. Nach Abschluss der
Bestellung kann eine Änderung der personalisierten Angaben nicht garantiert werden.
4. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Onlineshop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern
eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung. Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons gibst du eine verbindliche
Bestellung ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir deine Bestellung bestätigen
5. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro. Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
6. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Kunden angegebene Lieferadresse. Da unsere Produkte individuell
auf Bestellung produziert werden, kann die Lieferzeit je nach Produktions- und Versanddauer
variieren.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
8. Widerrufsrecht bei personalisierten Produkten
Für Verbraucher gilt grundsätzlich das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht. Bei personalisierten Produkten,
die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse
zugeschnitten sind, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht. Weitere Informationen findest du in unserer

9. Gewährleistung
Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht. Sollte ein Produkt beschädigt, fehlerhaft bedruckt oder falsch geliefert worden sein, kontaktiere uns bitte unter info@entry-apparel.com.
10. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben,
Körper oder Gesundheit. Im Übrigen gelten die gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
11. Streitbeilegung
Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer
Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
12. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Bei Verbrauchern gilt diese Rechtswahl nur, soweit hierdurch nicht der Schutz zwingender gesetzlicher Bestimmungen des Staates entzogen wird, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unwirksam sein, bleibt
die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ENTRY Apparel online shop.

3. Products and personalization
ENTRY Apparel offers personalized T-shirts with individual Counter-Strike-related details. The data
entered by the customer, such as player name, Premier Rating or FACEIT Elo, matches, win rate,
favorite map, country and season details, is used to create the individual design.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all entered data is correct. After the order has been
completed, changes to personalized details cannot be guaranteed.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an
invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros. The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Since our products are
individually produced on demand, delivery times may vary depending on production and shipping
times.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal for personalized products
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. For personalized products that are made
to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is damaged, incorrectly printed or incorrectly delivered,
please contact us at info@entry-apparel.com.
10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, the statutory provisions apply.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer
arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the
protection granted by mandatory legal provisions of the country in which they have their habitual
residence. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
